This role is located in Wroclaw with the possibility of working in hybrid model, 3 days from home.
Your role:
In this role you will be responsible for the global End-to-End process design in Credit Management processes, including, but not limited to, activities covered by the shared services centres, to improve business outcomes. You will define and further optimize E2E processes, roles & responsibilities of the various stakeholders and organizations, KPIs etc. A special focus is on harmonizing processes and tools across countries, service centres and systems (especially SAP FSCM) in close cooperation with our I2C Operations, IT, Customer Service and Country Finance organizations. This includes applying technologies, like RPA and workflows. It is also part of the responsibilities to align implementation of standard processes in ERP projects in close alignment with Finance Project Management on request, and to ensure process documentation in line with our standards together with support team and other Process Managers. In shared services transformation projects, you will analyse country-specific processes and requirements and make recommendations on how to integrate them into the global operating model of our Business Services. On an ad-hoc basis you will support additional project initiatives related to Credit Management and other I2C process improvements. Your position will be part of the Global Process Organization, located in 3 international locations and reporting to the Global Process Owner Invoice to cash. Although you are an integral member of a team based in Wroclaw and in daily contact with operations on site, you are expected to run own initiatives on a standalone basis under remote leadership and in a diverse, multicultural, and highly international environment.
Who you are:
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in credit management processer or related functions.
- Experience of working with international processes is a must have.
- In depth knowledge of SAP credit management, preferably with SAP FSCM is necessary.
- Experience in Treasury and familiarity with new technologies like RPA is a nice to have.
- Have strong analytical skills, solution orientation, and ability to work in a complex organization.
- Have good project and change management skills.
- Accurate, reliable, and collaborative with a team-working mindset.
- Proficient in English.
